It includes a formal restaurant for 100 people, two fully licensed bars; The Champagne Bar which is hosted by Moet while Matthew Clark and Butcombe offer a range of wine and beers.

In the main dining room, each night there is a new resident restaurant and new menu.

On April 27, The Star and Dove will run a six course tasting menu with optional wine flight, on May 3, Bell's Diner will host a six course tasting menu with guest speakers.

Other contributing venues include; The Bird in Hand, Ronnie's Restaurant, The Story and Namasker Lounge.

Eggleton says: "It's been a huge project but we are very excited to get Eat Drink Bristol Fashion underway.

"We launched the concept to celebrate Bristol's thriving food scene and have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback we've had so far.

"It's a simple but creative concept. By bringing restaurants from across the city to the centre we'll give Bristolians the chance to experience great food of places they may have never ventured to before."
