The importer for Rothschild wines in the UK is to further expand its sales team with two new managerial appointments.
Georgie Kukielka and Lauren Boyes have joined Waddesdon Wine to look after the company’s existing client base and also to position the newly acquired Luce della Vite wines for the UK on-trade.
Kukielka joins Waddesdon from Bel & the Dragon, the Longshot Country Inns owned group of top-end Gastro Pubs and hotels.
She worked for several years as their drinks operations and wine development manager and worked closely with Waddesdon on the chain’s wine offering.
Boyes joins Waddesdon with many years’ experience as a marketing manager and wine consultant.
She holds a masters in both wine business and in events management and distribution.
As part of the Rothschild Foundation, Waddesdon Wine represents all distribution for Rothschild family wineries in the UK.
Luce della Vite wines is a collaboration between the Mondavi and Frescobaldi families.
