Logistics provider JF Hillebrand UK has appointed a new business development manager of Porter and Laker, the company’s UK-focused fine wine division.
Helen Chesshire has joined the company, which specialises in beer, wine and spirits, to create “long term partnerships and solution lead services”.
Chesshire has worked in the drinks industry for two decades, and brings experience from Tanners Wine Merchants, Western Wines, Berkmann Wine Cellars, Pol Roger Portfolio, Kingsland Drinks, Santa Rita Estates and Ambriel.
She is also the founder and director of Brighton Gin at the city’s first distillery.
She will now represent the Porter and Laker division alongside UK director Chris Porter.
“The business has a rich legacy and one which I intend to maintain and grow within the vibrant, innovative and dynamic drinks industry which has been my home for so long,” Chesshire said.
JF Hillebrand UK Ltd is part of JF Hillebrand Group, which has four offices in the UK employing over 200 employees.
