The Hendrick's Carnival of Knowledge has opened its doors at the Brighton Fringe today, kicking off a weekend timetable of events runing alongside a pop-up bar serving cocktails featuring the cucmber-infused gin.
The Carnival of Knowledge is located in the Angel House at 1 Brunswick Terrace, runs from today (May 24) until Monday May 27.
The Hendrick's pop-up venue boasts the usual curious Victoriana-styled surroundings, in which weird, wonderful and enlightening talks, tastings and events take place.
You can expect "wisdom of the eye-opening variety provided by perculiar characters" in the form of events such as a Theremin Jam Session, A Genteel Tipple Through Gin in Literature, a history of Alchemy, Distillation and Botanical Folklore and a Mad Hatter's Tea Party.
Alongside the various ticketed events, the Parlour Bar will be open to all, serving Hendrick's cocktails from noon until 11pm each day.
