Mateus woos consumers with holiday

Mateus Rosé is giving away a holiday in Portugal in a neck-collar promotion.

The competition will feature on 1 million bottles of the Portuguese wine brand distributed by First Drinks.

Ten runners-up will receive a Mateus Rosé picnic basket.

Consumers can enter through a questionnaire on the neck collar or at a dedicated campaign website which features information on outdoor summer events, a guide to perfect picnic areas and tips on summer cocktails.

Brand manager Alvin Saal said: "We are making a significant investment this summer to engage with Mateus drinkers, increase our direct communication with them and offer rewards for their loyalty."
