Wines of Mexico opens UK operation

Wines of Mexico has initiated its operations in the UK to establish a stronger foothold and easy access to the best Mexican wines in the market.

Set up by entrepreneur Eduardo Flores, Wines of Mexico promotes and commercializes award winning wines from Baja, Mexico's chief winemaking region.

Located in the municipality of Ensenada, on the 32nd parallel of the Northern Hemisphere and 19 Km from the Pacific Ocean´s coast line, the region receives a cold marine current which produces a Mediterranean microclimate ideal for growing wine grapes.

Eduardo Flores said: "Mexican wines are rapidly becoming the new 'it' among consumers of refined taste, their unique terroir, focus on quality at every stage and a commitment to small, exclusive production is the Mexican wines formula for success and what better proof than the more of 274 medals won in the last 10 years."

Wines of Mexico is currently exploring opportunities in London and across the UK.
