A Hot competition in association with Berkmann Wine Cellars
Have you got the perfect wine list? No matter how big or small your restaurant, why not tell us about it? Now in its fourth year, The Perfect List competition, which runs in Harpers' sister magazine HOT (Harpers on-Trade), in association with Berkmann Wine Cellars, has established itself as the premier wine list competition in the country. The aim is to recognise thoughtful and imaginative approaches to constructing lists which complement the food menu. The winner will be taken on an all expenses paid trip to Beaujolais to visit the Georges Duboeuf winery, and to Champagne, to see the House of Deutz.
