Drambuie will pass UK distribution for Drambuie Liqueur and Drambuie Cream from Guinness UDV to Bacardi-Martini, from the beginning of July. Dominic Carter, UK sales director of The Drambuie Liqueur Company, said: Bacardi-Martini shares our aspirations and we feel the company will give us the focused attention we need.' Drambuie will keep its consumer marketing in-house, dealing with 30,000 drinkers. It intends to broaden the brand's appeal to 30- to 40-year-old men and women. A new TV advertising campaign is planned for the autumn.
