On 12 November, convicted serial fraudster Lee Rosser was ordered at Southwark Crown Court to repay 519,000. Rosser is serving eight and a half years for conspiracy to defraud through Cavendish/ Hamilton Spirit Management and the House of Delacroix. If Rosser fails to raise the money within 15 months he will serve a further three years. In all, Rosser is estimated to have netted 1.5 million. His realisable assets include two flats in Gibraltar (210,000), a villa in Marbella (250,000) and two garages in Wimbledon (25,000). Confiscation orders against Rosser's fellow fraudsters, Julian Blee and Craig Dean, are expected early next year, and will include estimates of the amount they benefited from their Madeira-based Cognac investment companies, Coubert and Helmsley.
