Ramsay chef to depart Connaught

Angela Hartnett is to leave the Connaught restaurant to head up Gordon Ramsay's new venture in Miami.
There had been some speculation that Hartnett might stay on in London, but it has now been confirmed that she will take up the reins at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Palm Beach County.
This will be Ramsay's third restaurant in the US, after opening at the Marriott Righa Royal hotel in April and a restaurant in Los Angeles, where Neil Ferguson is head chef. Hartnett's replacement at the Connaught has yet to be announced.
