Analysis and Insights: 

We examined how the wine trade needs to find ways of addressing the ‘soberocracy’ of younger generations, and also looked at champagne’s lesser-known cousin, Crémant, and how it has its work cut out to stand out in the UK where it is but a drop in an ocean of sparkling wine.
