More Pinks from Devaux

Champagne Devaux, the Cte des Bar-based specialist in Pinot Noir and ros Champagne, has launched two new ros styles: Champagne Devaux, D de Devaux Le Ros and Champagne Devaux, Ros Intense, bringing the total number of pink Champagnes in the Devaux portfolio to four.

In tandem with the launch of the new pinks comes the launch of new packaging across the range.

The D de Devaux le Ros completes Devaux's flagship D de Devaux range (already consisting of D de Devaux Non Vintage and D de Devaux Vintage). It is made from 53% Pinot Noir - 11% of which is still red wine to give the pink colour - and 47% Chardonnay.

The Ros Intense is made from 100% Pinot Noir, from Les Riceys, the most southerly cru in Champagne. The wines are distributed by Liberty Wines.

We have set out our stall as a Pinot Noir specialist, and we believe that the launch of these two new ros styles will endorse this position. Our proposition as a Champagne brand is strong: we have interesting original products with contemporary packaging,' said Jean-Nol Girard, export director of Champagne Devaux.
