Flavour comes first at Milk Beach

At the heart of Milk Beach, the brainchild of Elliot Milne and Matthew Robley-Siemonsma who joined forces following a shared love of coffee, is… coffee, with the duo bringing their collective experience to ensure flavour comes first.

The founders’ approach to wine is the same as it is to coffee, with a focus on smaller independent winemakers, with all wines on offer being organic and natural, with most served by the glass while also available to enjoy at home.

This new bolthole is open daily and serves an all-day brunch menu of Australian dishes, with the evening menu composed of globally inspired sharing plates paired to the wine list.
