Bollinger has rebranded the Ayala Champagne house it bought earlier this year - launching a new logo, a new wine and new packaging across the range.
The new developments come as former Bollinger directeur gnral Herv Augustin takes over.
The most radical of the new launches is the introduction
of Ayala Brut Zero. The Champagne is the same blend as the standard Ayala Brut but without any dosage. The wine will have an RRP of 24 and will be available from importers Mentzendorff from October.
The new logo reverts back to the design used by the house in the 1800s. It is featured on the redesigned bottles of the five-strong core Ayala range.
