Schmitt Shne is launching a new brand of German wine at this year's LIWSF.
The Streamside range comprises three wines: a Riesling; a ros made with Portugieser; and a red made predominantly with Dornfelder.
The wines will retail for 4.49, and are expected to gain listings at major multiples in the UK, and not the on-trade.
A spokesman said that the aim of the launch, which will see the wines on the shelf by the autumn, is to attract consumers who would normally go for New World wines.
