Bay of Plenty, which will retail at £9.99, has been designed to offer a "high quality Sauvignon Blanc at an accessible price point" for Conviviality customers.

It is produced in Marlborough's Wairau Bay, by the Macdonald family, original descendants of the first Maori settlers.

Sarah Richardson, senior buyer at Conviviality Retail, said: "We're committed to growing the number of exclusive wines available in Bargain Booze and Wine Rack, and Bay of Plenty is an excellent addition to the range. It's great value for money and comes from one of the highest quality producers in Marlborough".
