NEW COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR AT PR UK

Pernod Ricard UK has appointed Simon Thomas (above) as its new commercial director, to oversee and manage sales of Pernod Ricard UK's portfolio of wines and spirits in the UK. Thomas has extensive experience in the drinks market, having spent 18 years working for Diageo in various international and UK-based sales, marketing and management positions. He was also formerly the general manager of Distinguished Vineyards in Australia. Thomas will assume responsibility for directing and implementing the commercial strategies in Pernod Ricard's UK business.
