1pm Winestars: the live final
Access Zone
Wineries seeking UK distribution will get the chance to make their case in front of a panel of distinguished judges at this live final. Having already sifted through a long list of producers and narrowed it down to the top 100, the final 10 will face the Dragons' Den-style crack team of judges to make a three-minute pitch. A floor panel made up of bloggers, producers and journalists will be watching. Judges include Justin Howard-Sneyd MW of Direct Wines; Joan Torrents of Mitchells & Butlers and Waitrose's Andrew Shaw.

Dave Powell of Torbreck Vineyards, Barossa, will be hosting wine flights representing what he describes as "two of the most iconic straight varietal (Grenache and Mourvèdre) examples of their kind in the world".

12.30pm-1.30pm The diversity and excitement of portuguese wines, with AFWS
On-trade Theatre (G70)
