The LIWF organisers have put together a packed schedule of events for fair-goers, with masterclasses, seminars and industry briefings taking place across all three days of the exhibition ? so synchronise your calendar, update your iCloud or simply write it down, and get planning.

Australia Yarra Valley Chardonnay: evolution or revolution?
Masterclass Theatre (Y10)
After four decades of wine production, Yarra Valley winemakers are feeling comfortable with their terroir. This knowledge is giving them the confidence to allow their wines to express it.

Nicolas Joly from Clos de la Coulée de Serrant will explore how many so-called natural wines are still using herbicides, which kill the living agents of the soil and prevent the roots from feeding themselves.

12.30pm-1.30pm The Lanson Champagne Category Report
On-Trade Theatre (G70)

4.30pm-5.30pm Ridgeview English sparkling range with varietal-specific blends
