Artisan wine fair RAW, is to host a seminal panel discussion on transparency and wine labeling, at its London event on May 20 and 21.
Chaired by Clive Barlow MW, Isabelle Legeron MW, founder of RAW, will be present to give an introduction on why she has made a stand for transparency alongside a panel of experts including Julia Harding MW.
Monday's "trade day", includes a masterclass and tasting of obscure grape varieties by one of Jancis Robinson's co-authors of her upcoming book on grape varieties, the grape geneticist Dr José Vouillamoz.
The world-famous microbiologist Claude Bourguignon will be giving a talk on the importance of soil life for producing wines of terroir.
Plus there will also be a vertical tasting of "cult" Champagne Léclapart's top cuvée l'Apôtre, and a presentation of new research that argues natural wine might even be better for your health.
