Published:  10 January, 2014

My Choice: Julian Dyer, Australian Vintage UK and Europe

Published:  17 May, 2013

I'm a great fan of Hunter Valley Chardonnay and Shiraz. The better recognised wine regions of South Australia and Victoria (Barossa, McLaren Vale, Clare, Yarra, etc) quite rightly get a lot of accolades; however, I love the punchy Chardonnay and earthy Shiraz you get from the Hunter.

My Choice: Becca Reeves, former senior buyer, Laithwaite's

Published:  15 February, 2013

Despite its "classic" match with meat, I'm vegetarian so I've been drinking it with loads of winter veggie dishes, and it goes brilliantly. I'm also a bit of a fan of opening a mid-week bottle of Crémant de Limoux.
