Love hearts
Laurent-Perrier has teamed up with Alma to offer the Loveheart Coaster Set for Valentine's Day. The set contains a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Ros Champagne and two sensuous' red-leather heart-shaped coasters, made by Alma and inscribed with the Laurent-Perrier monogram.
The set costs around 42.50-43.99 and is available from Fortnum & Mason and branches of Selfridges. The coasters can be bought separately, priced at 7.50 each, from Selfridges and Alma in Vigo Street, central London.

Art of seduction

Ditch the romantic meal for two, the weekend away and the chocolates, and instead give them something they really want,' says gin producer Hendrick's.

The company has released a Valentine's Seduction Pack, which includes a red rose, a Valentine's Day card and a copy of the Hendrick's Gin Companion, featuring gin trivia and party games. The pack is free with each purchase of a bottle of Hendrick's.

Priced at 19.99, Hendrick's is available at Peckhams stores; the Seduction Pack will be available 6-14 February.

Theme Noir

Simonnet-Febvre, part of the Louis Latour stable, has launched a Crmant de Bourgogne Ros NV in time for Valentine's Day. The wine is made solely from the Pinot Noir grape, and the company describes it as well balanced, yet delightfully rich on the palate, with a distinctive bouquet of strawberry and raspberry fruit'.

The Crmant retails for 9.99, although a special offer has been set up for the trade, running until 10 February, of 73.70 a case (DPD, ex VAT), or 70 a case (for 10-case orders, ex VAT).

I dream of freebies

This Valentine's Day, diners at a number of London restaurants will be offered a free quarter-bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne Brut Ros - otherwise known as Dream Pink - when they buy a bottle of the company's Brut Rserve Particulire.

Specially created for this year's Valentine's Day, Dream Pink is a limited-edition bottle with a pink-hearts decor. See feuillatte.com for a list of participating restaurants.

If that's your bag...

Champagne Lanson has released a pink cooler bag for its Ros Label, for loved ones and Champagne aficionados alike'.

The wine is a blend of the three main grape varieties, with the Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine. The company describes the Ros as fresh and tender', with the subtle aroma of roses and red fruit'.

The Ros Label special edition costs 24.99.

Love is in the Cool-Air

Champagne Taittinger has unveiled its second Cool-Air tube for Valentine's Day.

The product, developed by packaging firm Robinson keeps a refrigerated bottle chilled for up to four hours. The tube's design, says the company, evokes the elegant and delicate style of Taittinger Champagne. A soft pink reflects the salmon pink of the Champagne inside.'

The package, priced at 39.50 and available at Selfridges nationwide, contains a bottle of Champagne Taittinger Prestige Ros.
