Take it slow

Published:  18 January, 2007

Seckford Agencies has launched the new Slowine range from the Paul Cluver Estate in Elgin, South Africa.
The range comprises the 2005 Chenin/Sauvignon Blanc (RRP 6.99); the 2005 (Pinot Noir) Ros (6.99); the 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (7.99); and the 2004 Merlot (7.99).

Seckfords says that the range has been designed to 'empathise with the Slow Food movement', and the back label states: 'Slowine is about a way of living life.'

Slowine is produced from vineyards around the Groenland Mountain in the Elgin region, the location of the Green Mountain Eco Route, South Africa's first wine and biodiversity project.

The Slowine website, www.slowine.co.za, will be up and running soon.
