* Due to a technical glitch, Hatch Mansfield's entry was filtered into the wrong category, classifying them as a small (turnover with less than £10 million) agent/distributor. It was a genuine mistake and, in the interests of fair play, Hatch sportingly asked for the category to be rejudged. As a result, the award for small agent of the year has been awarded to Bancroft Wines for the excellent work it has conducted in enhancing customer service and diversifying its range, which it has showcased through masterclasses and innovative tastings. Apologies for the mix-up and congratulations to Bancroft Wines!
