Rude Wines is searching for an exceptional individual who’ll have the ability to help take the business to new heights. This is a role for someone who thrives on results, and isn’t shy to generate new ideas.

You’ll have a finger on the pulse of the wine business in the UK, awareness of trends and potential avenues to exploit. Unrivalled knowledge of the state of play gives you the marketing acumen to continually drive the strategy forward, always with an eye to profitable growth.

From the ‘4 Ps’ to the latest innovations in e-commerce, you’ll be a leader in designing, developing and implementing creative and commercially viable campaigns that engage with new customers, focus on driving brand awareness and driving traffic to sales channels.

We’re looking for an individual who’ll be instrumental in taking our business forward. The ability to spot opportunities and ensure they’re exploited is essential.

Key roles/attributes:

  • Creation, implementation and management of Marketing strategy
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing and content activities to relevant stakeholders (internal/external)
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and carry out competitor analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce, e-mail, and direct marketing
  • Work with the Sales team with promotion and marketing needs
  • Experience in inspiring and managing a marketing team
  • Genuine enthusiasm for wine, and drive to grow the business

Both CIM/IDM and WSET qualifications will be a distinct advantage.

The role will be based in our Ledbury, Herefordshire offices. Competitive salary DOE
