Wines of Chile has become a patron and award sponsor for the Wine and Spirit Educational Trust (WSET).
Pleased with the double show of support WSET chief executive Ian Harris said: "After a number of meetings with UK director Michael Cox, I am delighted to announce that Wines of Chile have not only become a bronze corporate patron of WSET but are also to sponsor a scholarship award for diploma level at our next awards and graduation ceremony in 2010."
"This is a huge show of support for the WSET, as we continue to develop our relationships with all the generic bodies."
The WSET organises wine education courses, spirits courses and wine tastings for professionals and enthusiasts in 47 countries worldwide.
The 2010 awards and graduation ceremony will again be held at the Guildhall in London, celebrating the achievements of the top performing candidates in the 2008/09 WSET examinations, and the graduation of students who successfully completed the WSET diploma in the past academic year.
