Graham Norton expands his wine range

Published:  04 August, 2016

Following the tremendous success of his own-label sauvignon blanc, Graham Norton will be expanding production the GN Sauvignon Blanc and will be adding an Australian Shiraz to the range this Autumn.

Norton sold out of the 400,000 bottles of his GN Sauvignon Blanc 2015 vintage and is set to increase production by 50% for 2016 in order to better meet growing demand.

Norton works with New Zealand winery Invivo to produce the wine and then works with Invivo's chief winemaker Rob Cameron to create the final GN Sauvignon Blanc blend. Norton started working with the New Zealand winery and blending wines under his own label in 2014. For the GN Sauvignon Blanc 2016, Invivo winemakers brought all the wines to Cork, Ireland to finalise the blend.

"Graham has a highly tuned palate and makes a superb winemaker.  We've been blown away by the demand for this wine and can't wait to share our prized new vintage with the UK and Ireland," said Cameron.

Majestic is the exclusive supplier of GN Sauvignon Blanc in the UK.  The wine retails for £10.99.
