Vinceremos are the UK's longest established specialist importers and wholesalers of organic wines.This is a great opportunity to develop and grow this exciting part of our business, possibly someone starting off in (or returning to) the wine trade. Ideally the successful applicant will have an interest in 'organics'. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated person who is well-organised and computer literate, to join our friendly team of five, based in Leeds City Centre (close to the station).

Ideally the successful applicant will have an interest in 'organics'. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated person who is well-organised and computer literate, to join our friendly team of five, based in Leeds City Centre (close to the station).

The Role:

Alongside the MD, you'll be running the Mail Order side of the business: both reactively (processing orders, customer service) and proactively (marketing, social media, website admin, wine tastings, new initiatives).

Managing the Logistics is a key part of this role, ensuring the prompt and accurate despatch of orders from our bonded warehouse in Wilts and troubleshooting any issues. You will definitely be good on the phone and ideally be reasonably knowledgeable about wine. You may also have skills in photography, design, data entry and leading wine tastings.

The position is normally based around Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm.
