Part of the famous Quaglino's restaurant in London's West End has been converted into a gin garden for guests to make their own cocktails in a promotion by Diageo-owned Tanqueray.

The Giovanni Gin Garden will be in place until the end of August and is named after the restaurant's founder.

The pergola sits slap bang in the middle of the dining area and features silk, jasmine, honeysuckle and passionflower. It will serve a bespoke cocktail menu devised by Tanqueray including Venetian Martinis, a Tanqueray & Tonic Mojito and a Carbonated Strawberry Aviation.

Guests will be invited to try their hand at crafting their very own cocktail in masterclasses during which they will forage for their own ingredients in the garden.
