British drinks producers back London Collections:Men

Published:  06 January, 2014

Leading British drinks producers are endorsing men's fashion by linking up with this week's London Collections: Men event.

Both Quintessentially Vodka and Nyetimber are lending their support to the event, which takes place over the next three days in London at the Hospital Club, the Old Sorting Office and Victoria House. LC:M showcases the Autumn/Winter 2014 collections for men.

Qunitessentially is an official supplier while Nyetimber is an official sponsor.

Fabrice Limon, managing director at Quintessentially Spirits, said:  "London Collections focuses on the creative and commercial importance of British brands and we feel honoured to be partnered with such a community which will only endorse Quintessentially Vodka's position as one of the most luxury spirits on the market."

Eric Heerema, owner and chief executive of Nyetimber, said the partnership with LC:M was "only natural" given Nyetimber's pioneering status of producing sparkling wine in England and LC:M is considered "the world's most influential arbiter of menswear and style".

It has partnered with the event for the past four seasons. Jenico Preston, of the British Fashion Council said: "The fashion world has really embraced Nyetimber since the inception of London Collections: Men in 2012. Nyetimber is a Great British luxury brand supporting Britain's biggest menswear talent so the fit is just perfect."

Both drinks will be on offer at the three showcase venues, with Nyetimber also being served as the official sparkling wine at Mulberry, Gieves & Hawkes and GQ's events throughout the week.

Quintessentially Vodka is produced in one of Britain's oldest continuously working distilleries, while Nyetimber is made at its vineyard and winery in West Sussex.
