The Kingscote Estate in East Grinstead, Sussex, has been put up for sale following the unexpected death of owner and founder Christian Monge last year.
The estate has been valued at £4.5 million.
Aside from the vineyard and the winery, the 150-acre property includes a Grade-II listed 14th-century farmhouse, an orchard, a 15th-century tithe barn which has been converted into a visitors' centre, fishing lakes and equestrian facilities.
Kingscote currently has 15 acres under vine.
Varietals including Bacchus, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc.
Production is overseen by Owen Elias, former head winemaker at Chapel Down, who has won the UKVA winemaker of the year award four times.
The estate was established by Monge, a former marketing executive, in 1998.
The first vines were planted in 2010, with the wines coming to market in August 2014.
The vineyard has the capacity to produce some 100,000 bottles.
A sparkling wine is being prepared for launch later this year.
Monge, who had four children, died from a stroke in May 2015 aged 61.
Kingscote won silver and bronze medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards with its inaugural vintage shortly after Monge's death this year.
The sale is being handled by Savills estate agents.
