What a corker. Hof's Cabernet Sauvignon

Hof's South African Wines has its roots in Robertson, "the valley of wine and roses".

A young independant company with a passion for handcrafted South African Wines it recently launched as part of their selection Hof's, Arendsig and Star Hill wines, which can be found at Zuma, Sketch, the Boundary Hotel. Hof's Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 has a 'New World appearance, but France at its soul,' says Christopher Hof. Aimed to be classically elegant with soft tannins and a minerality derived from the Karoo soil. It is matured in new oak barrels from five different coopers over 11 months .
"Wine is all about tradition, culture and heritage. That is why we choose genuine cork for our Cabernet Sauvignon," says Hof.
