Slurp launches iPhone app

As well as having a comprehensive list of wines for sale, customers will also have access to its online sommelier to pair wine with any food or occasion whilst on the go.

The search for wine can be done by country, category, keyword or price range and products are shown with high quality images, full descriptions and other information.

Slurp.co.uk executive chairman, Dr Jeremy Howard, said: "The release of our App is another small step towards revolutionising the generally outmoded wine buying process and making wine fresh and exciting again for a new generation of consumer."
