Tonic:
Lots of fizz, plentiful fine bubbles. Clean nose, citrus, elderflower, sherbet. Very clean taste, just the right amount of bitterness on the finish. Overall? Clean and classy - makes other tonics appear sweet and cloying in comparison. SP
