The East London Liquor Company is offering customers the chance to lay down their own cask of whisky.
The Creator's Cask collection ranges from 30 litres to 200 litres in size, and includes new oak, red wine and ex-bourbon variants. There are 25 casks in total.
Owners will be able to fill their selected cask with London rye whisky produced on site by the distillery, and then make regular visits to oversee the maturation and sample the developing flavours, and discuss the process with the team of distillers.
By law, the casks must be laid down for a minimum of three years.
The end product will be one of first casks of whisky to be produced in London since the Lea Valley Distillery closed over 100 years ago,
Alex Wolpert, founder of East London Liquor Company, said: "As with everything we do here at East London Liquor Company, we want to make beautiful handmade spirits accessible for everyone.
"We want to give people who are as passionate about whisky as we are the opportunity to be part of the process with us, at our home here in East London.
"And it sure beats receiving a pair of socks on Christmas Day morning!"
Prices range from £4,100 for a 30-litre new oak cask, to £21,200 for a 200-litre ex-bourbon cask.
Once the angel's share is taken into account, the former should equate to some 40 bottles, the latter to 269.
The whisky is expected to have an abv of around 60%, but may vary depending on the extent of evaporation during the maturing process.
The East London Liquor Company is based in an old glue factory on Bow Wharf, London E3.
