Icons of Chilean wine go under the spotlight in Santiago

Miguel Torres Chile, owned by Familia Torres, is underlining its commitment to Chilean cuisine with the opening of restaurant La Bodeguita Miguel Torres, in the Alonso de Córdova area of Santiago later this month. The wine restaurant will provide a complete food and wine experience thanks to a wine list featuring more than 150 labels in different styles and from different locations.

All are icons of Chilean and global winegrowing and many will be available by the glass. Food-wise the restaurant will serve contemporary dishes based on classic Chilean regional cuisine, using fresh seasonal produce. Set in a modern building with large picture windows and capacity for 120 diners, the venue is spread over two floors and has an outdoor patio, with its decor incorporating elements reminiscent of vineyards and winemaking.
