Boutique sparkling wine bar and merchant Grays & Feather opened its doors in the midst of Covent Garden last month, with the aim of offering guests sparkling wines from around the world without breaking the bank. Designed as an escape from the city, the new venue showcases undiscovered and unusual wines from small, experimental winemakers from across the globe.

Grouped by flavour profiles, the wine list enables guests to instinctively select something they know they will enjoy, with more than 30 sparkling whites from full-bodied to bone-dry, low-dosage options and 10 types of English fizz, as well as five fruity sparkling rosés and five sparkling reds on offer. Wines are also available to take away. The wine list is complemented by a small plates and sharing menu.
