D&D London heads to Manchester for 20 Stories

D&D London’s new Manchester restaurant, 20 Stories, sees chef Aiden Byrne take the helm.

Situated on the 19th floor of 1 Spinningfields, 20 Stories features a glamorous restaurant, lively bar and beautiful roof garden with unparalleled views of the city’s skyline.

Diners are invited to enjoy Byrne’s modern British menus created to celebrate local produce, with vegetables grown at the restaurant’s own farm in Cheshire, and meat sourced from small suppliers throughout Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire.

A bar sits in between the restaurant and grill, with a second bar taking centre stage on the large rooftop terrace. A cocktail list created by bar manager Stuart McLachlan is inspired by “nature” and Byrne’s British seasonal menus.
