Domaine Naturaliste appoints Hayward Bros as UK agent
Hayward Bros has been appointed UK agent for Margaret River winery Domaine Naturaliste by Bruce Dukes.
Joining Hayward Bros’ portfolio from the beginning of September, the Domaine Naturaliste collection comprises three tiers; Discovery - an introduction to Margaret River through the artisanal approach of Bruce Dukes; Direction - Margaret River icon varietals matured in French oak and crafted to create the purest expressions of the grapes, and Flagship - the finest expression of the Margaret River iconic varietals Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Targeted at independent retailers, wholesalers and premium on-trade, all the wines in the portfolio are produced using sustainable farming and winemaking techniques in line with Dukes’ passion for making wines that are “great for both the drinker and the environment”.
They join a range of award-winning wines in the Hayward Bros portfolio, including Kopke Port, Von Buhl from the Pfalz and Jean Loron from Beaujolais and Southern Burgundy.
On the appointment of Hayward Bros, Dukes said he was “thrilled his wines would be joining such a prestigious portfolio”.
“I look forward to working closely with the Hayward Bros team to grow my brand in the competitive UK market," he said.
The Margaret River producer has won numerous awards since its creation in 2012, including the trophy for best international and best Australian Sauvignon blend at the International Wine Challenge (IWC).
The Domaine Naturaliste wines will be available to taste at SITT Autumn.
