Diageo Reserve has partnered with London Food Month for its Ketel One vodka brand to be the sole spirits sponsor of the event.
As part of the deal, the premium spirit has set up the ‘Ketel One Vodka Kitchen’ in Kensington Gardens, joining the cuisine and cocktail festival, from where it will be serving Bloody Marys by day and Espresso Martinis by night until 18th June.
Know for setting food and drink trends, London Food Month was a perfect fit for Ketel One, said head of Diageo Reserve GB, Nick Temperley.
“Innovation and setting trends within the cocktail culture is at the heart of what we do, with Ketel One at the forefront of creating exceptional drinking experiences.”
In addition to the ‘Ketel One Vodka Kitchen’, Diageo’s ‘Bulleit Woody’ will welcome visitors to enjoy a Bulleit Julep, while the ‘World Class Bar’ will be run by guest bartenders, including Diageo Reserve’s luxury ambassador - Ali Reynolds, 2016 World Class GB Bartender of the year, Aidan Bowie, and this year’s World Class GB winner, Jamie Jones of The Social Company (as announced yesterday).
The bartenders will be serving up drinks made with Diageo Reserve’s ‘super-premium’ spirits portfolio such as, Tanqueray, Talisker Scotch and Don Julio.
Running throughout June, London Food Month gives trade and consumers the chance to celebrate food and drink with over 400 events taking place across the city.
