Throw your hat into the ring for our exciting new Other Side of Life competition

Published:  24 June, 2016

Let us know about your achievements outside the trade and win a trip to Champagne with Nicolas Feuillatte

We are delighted to announce that entries are now being invited for our exciting new 'Other Side of Life' initiative in association with Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte.

Other Side of LifeOther Side of Life

We invite you to share your outstanding, unusual or off-piste achievements beyond the world of drinks and potentially win a trip to visit this leading Champagne house later this year.

Open to anyone working in the drinks trade in the UK or beyond, this competition simply asks our readers to share an unusual or intriguing hobby, project or achievement that has absolutely nothing to do with the day job.

You may have renovated an old motorbike, gone from couch potato to marathon runner, coached a gaggle of children to team victory at cricket or ridden a camel across Australia - whatever it may be, we are after insights into the interesting things that people are doing with their lives beyond the trade.

Entering is easy and you can do this in your own way - whether via writing a brief synopsis of what you've been up to, or perhaps a captioned photomontage of your activities, or a short video - it's up to you to capture our attention!

Entries need to be with us by Wednesday 13 July.

Those shortlisted will receive an invite to Harpers Awards on 21 September, where the winner will be announced, with the winner then going on to join Nicolas Feuillatte in Champagne on an all expenses paid trip later in the year.
