Givinity, a new ultra-premium gin brand, launched this week at the Corinthia Hotel in Westminster.
The gin is packaged in a Cognac-style decanter, printed with 11-carat gold and with a gold-plated bottle closure.
Cocktails served at the launch included a martini garnished with 24-carat gold leaf.
Distilled once, Divinity is infused with nine botanicals, including raspberries, almonds, Szechaun peppers and rose petals.
It has an ABV of 40% and retails at £49.99 for a 70cl bottle.
Givinity is produced by the English Spirit Distillery in Cambridge on behalf of Allure Spirits.
A spokesman for the company said: "We aim for Givinity to be the luxurious brand in the Gin category of such like Chanel is in the perfume industry."
