Cardiff is the latest British city to have a gin named after it.
The Eccentric Gin Co said it has developed Cardiff Dry gin with the help of the Cardiff and Welsh public and mixology community.
The gin was researched through a combination of social media and an event at which bartenders and members of the public voted for the best of three recipes.
The winning recipe includes rosemary and sorrel.
The gin is being launched at the city's gin festival tomorrow.
Distillery director James Grey said: "This has been a very exciting process that involved some of the best palates in the South Wales industry, but more importantly the Welsh public. The result is very interesting."
