New Zealand's Jackson Estate has released two new wines for the independent wine merchant and on-trade sectors.
Green Lip Sauvignon Blanc takes its name from the country's native Green Lip mussel and is being positioned as a perfect partner to seafood. It has a UK rrp of £13.49.
The Settler Pinot Noir is named in recognition of the Jackson families who first settled on the company's Marlborough property 160 years ago. The rrp is £19.99.
The two wines are made by Jackson Estate's winemaker Matt Patterson-Green from estate grown fruit, with minimal intervention to allow the wines to express their varietal characters.
Both wines are available through Gonzalez Byass UK.
