The international wine communications community has congregated in Logrono, Rioja, this week to share the latest thinking on digital trends and social media.
They have gathered for the sixth annual Digital Wine Communications Conference, previously known as the European Wine Bloggers Conference, organised by digital communications specialists Vrazon.
It is also an opportunity for bloggers and wine trade professionals from around the world to take part in pre-conference workshops and winery tours that have taken place in parts of Rioja, the host region, and into Portugal and Porto and the Douro Valley.
The key theme of this year's event is "Flavour" and will be explored through the debates and specialist tastings and masterclasses.
The overriding aim of the conference is for like-minded communicators to come together and look at how collectively they can share ideas, raise standards and improve wine communications around the world.
Key speakers include Tim Hanni MW, Julia Harding MW, David White, Terroirist.com, Tyler Colman, Dr Vino, Paul Mabray, VinTank and Justin Howard-Sneyd MW.
