Practical expert advice on how to better understand changing consumer behaviour and the new communication tools and skills needed to engage with them will be the theme of Harpers next consumer forum to be held on March 22 in London.
Held once again with consumer wine group, WineOption, the event looks to bring outside experts in consumer trends and digital and social media communications together with leading marketing influencers within the wine and spirits trade.
The event is designed to encourage open debate and a sharing of best practice ideas on how the wine and spirits trade can better engage with the changing consumer of today and the future.
As well as expert advice from the outside consultants, the day will include break out workshop sessions giving delegates the chance to discuss with their peers practical ideas and solutions to take back to their businesses.
Speakers lined up to appear to date include: the Future Foundation, experts in analysing consumer behaviour trends; Feefo, a consultancy that looks to manage, protect and influence how companies are being seen by consumers online; and Alienation Digital, a specialist digital media communications agency with experience of working with drinks brands on their consumer marketing strategy.
Further speakers to be announced.
Harpers is also linking up with on-trade specialists, Corney & Barrow, to host the event at its Paternoster Square venue, London on March 22. For registration enquiries contact richard.siddle@wrbm.com.
