Laurent-Perrier to support Young Chef / Young Waiter 2010

Champagne Laurent-Perrier is to support this year's Young Chef / Young Waiter competition.

Champagne Laurent-Perrier is to support this year's Young Chef / Young Waiter competition.

Previous winners include revered chefs such as, Marcus Wareing and Mark Sargeant, as well as Simon King, who now holds the position of front of house operations manager at the Fat Duck, Bray.

The competition that is one of the longest established in the hospitality industry will be judged by some of the trade's best-known chefs and front of house professionals.

Its finalists will benefit from an exclusive three-day study trip to Champagne Laurent-Perrier.


Laurent-Perrier UK sales director, Steve Brandwood, said: "We're thrilled to have formed a close partnership with such a highly respected competition. It is crucial to recognise and reward true talent among chefs and waiters, so we're delighted to be awarding finalists a trip to Champagne Laurent-Perrier to enhance their professional knowledge. To be eligible to take up your place at the national final on October 20, all competitors must be available to attend the visit to Champagne Laurent-Perrier from September 27-29, 2010.
