Pink fizz targets Clothes Show visitors

Published:  23 November, 2009

Foster's EMEA is to use the Clothes Show Live consumer fair in a bid to build awareness for its Pink sparkling rosé wine brand among young women.

A Pink Bubbles bar will be situated in the designer hub at the fair which runs at Birmingham's NEC from December 4 to 9.

Consumers will have the chance to sample the wine, which will also have exclusivity for sparkling wine in all the show's on-site bars.

A series of daily signings will be held with high profile names from the worlds of fashion and show business.

Tickets are being given away by Foster's EMEA online and the event is being promoted on Facebook.

Brand manager James Brown said the campaign was "extremely targeted".

He added that it was "designed to bring the brand to female consumers who buy into the specialness of Champagne but want to transport this to an everyday, affordable ritual".
