A fine wine auction to be hosted in Chicago this September could raise up to $10.2m (5.08m).
Hosted by Hart Davis Hart Wine Co in the city's Tru restaurant, the 1,700 lot single-owner wine collection has been valued at between $6.9m and $10.2m.
The auction will include:
166 lots of Chateau Lafite-Rothschild worth an estimated $1,067,400 - $1,589,900 including 7 cases of the 1982 and 21 cases of the 1996 vintages (all in their original wooden cases).
A 100 lot offering of Chateau Petrus worth an estimated $980,000 - $1.5m.
More than 1,000 bottles from Domaine de la Romanee-Conti.
Over a thousand bottles each of Chateaux Latour, Margaux, Mouton-Rothschild and Haut-Brion.
Other offerings include large selections of Italian wines from Angelo Gaja along with Super Tuscans, Guigal's Single-Vineyard Cote Roties, and top Californian producers.
The auction will take place on September 19 and 20.
