Diageo's Bailey's wins EU measues ruling

German calls to ban the sale of Bailey's Irish Cream in half gill units have been rejected.
The European Union's highest court decided that the Diageo-made product can continue to be sold in a quantity equivalent to 7.1 centilitre.
Generic continental measurement regulations require 5cl or 10cl quantities, and the court decision exempts Baileys from them.
